Welcome to Labeled In. The Labeled In platform is operated by One Tech General Trading, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we," "us," "Labeled In," "the Platform," or "our" refers to this entity.

    When you make a payment for any paid services (such as advertising or promotional campaigns), you will be redirected to the payment interface of our third-party provider, Stripe.
    The entire transaction is processed securely on their systems in accordance with globally recognized security standards (PCI DSS).
    We do not collect, store, or process any credit card or payment information on our platform.

  • We are not a party to any agreement between you and any other user on the Platform.
  • We are not responsible for the quality of services provided or for any losses or damages resulting from interactions between users.

  • In the event of any dispute, fraud, or illegal conduct by a user, you are responsible for dealing with it directly, and we are not obligated to intervene or arbitrate in these disputes.

However, we welcome any reports of abuse or fraud, and we will take appropriate action within the Platform (such as suspending accounts or blocking access) if we find a violation of the Terms of Use or applicable laws.
